深夜醒來，見友人信息告知 Cornelius 赴京公演。腦中瞬時響起 Flipper's Guitar 的「Hello」直到天亮。那張名叫《Three Cheers for Our Side》的專輯因全英文歌詞在日本泡沫經濟時代的一九八九年成爲話題。

每次聽這首歌都想揍他們一頓，不過也正是這樣才想聽。張愛玲在「談寫作」（一九四四）裏說：
作者們感到曲高和寡的苦悶，有意的去迎合低級趣味。存心迎合低級趣味的人，多半是自處甚高，不把讀者看在眼裏，這就種下了失敗的根。既不相信他們那一套，又要利用他們那一套為號召，結果是有他們的淺薄而沒有他們的真摯。讀者們不是傻子，很快地就覺得了。
《Three Cheers for Our Side》淺薄得十分真摯。
